Utilizing the health risks characteristics learned from the aggregate report, our team will assist you in developing your health education seminars and other wellness components to begin targeting these specific modifiable lifestyles before they become costly health care claims.

Four different types of reporting tools to help assess your health risks by individual year or tracking over time:

• Participation Report: Provides ongoing tracking of participation numbers for Health Risk Assessment, including consent for incentive fulfillment and follow-up intervention.
• Group Health Report: A comprehensive summary of your population's health status, health risks and readiness to change.
• Same Consumer Report: Provides trend tracking for health assessment participants who have completed two or more health assessments.
• Group Trended Report: An added enhancement to the standard report package that allows an organization with trended data for tracking organizations that have participated in two or more health assessment events compared with other health data (health care claims, workers' compensation, absenteeism, etc.), these reports help organizations establish organizational priorities and trends that need attention. It also allows our team the ability to show trends from year to year regarding the reduction of health risks or areas that need greater attention.
