The Personal Health Report is a highly personalized analysis outlining each employee's individual health and lifestyle characteristics. The Personal Health Report was developed in conjunction with noted medical professionals and health educators who relied upon state-of-the-art health studies and databases to construct each report. Sources contributing to the development of each Personal Health Report include the Center for Disease Control, the National Cholesterol Education Program and the National Institutes of Health.
The information provided by each employee will be kept strictly confidential and not provided to anyone -- including the insurance carrier, broker or the company itself.
