The "AIM" in Ready, Aim, Fire

Once the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) is complete, ProHealth Works staff will meet with the employer to start planning wellness programming for the coming year. The data collected from the HRA will be compiled in a Group Health Report, which will act as the roadmap to develop the strategic plan for the overall wellness and educational program. It will illustrate where the company is going, and how to get there, with regards to the health of its workforce. The entire wellness program will be customized specifically for the organization's needs based on the Group Health Report.

In addition to showing a company the specific health risks present in its workforce, it will also compare the health of its workers to other companies in the market.
