Cornerstone Legacy Society

Officially established April 12, 2005, the Society includes all donors who arranged or made a planned gift  to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.  Donors plan making a gift in the future through their will, a beneficiary designation form or another type of estate or planned giving instrument such as a Charitable Remainder Trust, Life Insurance, IRA, etc.  For information on what types of future gifts can be made, check out our future gift pages.

The receipt of a signed letter of intent or of an outright gift  to the Hospital made through a planned giving arrangement entitles an individual or individuals to membership in the Cornerstone Legacy Society.

Cornerstone Legacy Society members receive invitations to educational opportunities and events and receive The Giving Connection newsletter. But the best benefit of membership is to help ensure that Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital continues to provide high quality health care for future generations.
