Foundation Location 

The Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital Foundation is housed in the building at 869 Summit Ave, Oconomowoc.  We are  on the same side of the street and the third building south of Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. 

Foundation Hours 

Monday through Friday – 8 AM to 5 PM

However, there are times during the day where the staff is at meetings and the office is closed.  Please call before you stop in to ensure we will be available.
