Annual Giving

Each year, Waukesha Memorial Hospital relies on support from friends and donors like you to continue to provide our community with the best possible care.   Your annual gifts help to ensure the latest equipment and technology is available to you and your family.  You can designate your gift to support the hospital program or initiative of your choosing, or you can support the area with the most need by making your gift "unrestricted". 

Giving Circles:

Waukesha Memorial Hospital supporters are recognized as members of one of seven friendship circles.  Three of these circles are named after the hospital's first registered nurse, first matron and first chief of staff.  We believe that these names show our long tradition of quality health care.  The circles and their qualifying annual gift levels are:       

 

Mae Collins Circle $ 250
R.E. Davies Circle $ 500
Presidents Circle $1000
Chairmans Circle $2500
Leadership Circle $5000
