ProHealth Care and the American Heart Association have joined forces to develop this life-changing program and we want you to jump on board! We've developed an easy and fun-filled three-month program packed with classes, communications, tools and experts to help you stay on track so you make life-saving, heart-healthy lifestyle changes.

If you sign up and complete the entire three-month program, we'll enter you into the grand-prize package drawing, which includes:

Easy Steps to a New You and Stronger Heart
Step 1 – Online registration and pre-survey
Complete the form now and begin down the road to a healthier you!
Step 2 – Get your numbers
If you haven't recently had a heart risk assessment or a preventive exam, see your primary care physician.
Step 3 – Attend at least two classes a month
Check out the full list of available Go Red For Women Classes and join in.
Step 4 – Monthly check-ins
Complete the monthly check-in surveys to share your progress.
