Meet Go Red Makeover Winner: Cecilia Torres 
Cecilia, a mother of 10 children, is motivated to continue watching her family grow and enjoy life by committing to a consistent heart-healthy lifestyle.

Like many Latina women, 38-year-old Cecilia Torres puts her family first, but in the process she often forgets about herself.

The busy yet organized mother of 10 children, ranging from ages 21 to eight months, admits she doesn't have the best eating habits.  And with a family history of obesity, she has decided to take inventory of her own life and make changes now before it's too late.

"The realization that my eating habits and the unhealthy lifestyle I am leading could someday take me out of my family's lives forever, scares me more than anything," she says.

Cecilia is eager to start eating and cooking healthier for her family, stress less and even find time to incorporate exercise into her full schedule so she can be more active with her family. But her role as a supportive wife and mother will still take precedence.
