Meet Go Red Makeover Winner: Tiffany Staab

 At 29-years-old, Tiffany isn't going to let the precious gift of life slip away.

The last thing Tiffany Staab wants to hear her doctor say is,  "You're at risk for sudden cardiac death," and hand her a brochure on heart failure.

But this conversation could be be a reality for the 29-year-old since has a strong family history of heart disease. Tiffany's mother and father both passed in their early 50's of massive heart attacks, and her grandmother has lived the last couple years with cardiovascular disease resulting in two heart attacks and triple bypass surgery.

"I have a lot working against me in terms of my likelihood of getting heart disease. I need to make changes to my daily life now to improve my health. I know that in 12-weeks, I can make a lot of improvements, but it will only be the beginning of my life-saving journey. This challenge is helping me start the rest of my life."

The mother of two expresses herself as anxious to start exercising, eat right and live healthy for herself and her family because she knows how quickly it could one day disappear.
