Strategic Marketing & Advertising for New Physicians

ProHealth Care's Marketing team utilizes a variety of marketing and advertising tools to effectively promote new physicians and help build your practice volume as quickly as possible. Some of these tools include:

  • Close to Home Newsletter. A bi-monthly, one-to-one publication for patients and consumers. 225,000 copies are mailed each issue. Each household receives targeted articles that are of interest to them based on household make-up, demographics and billing information.
  • Healthy Lifestyle Resource Calendar. A quarterly mailing promoting all of ProHealth Care's health educational programming, screenings and support groups, most of which is free to the community.
  • Nurse-On-Line. Nurse-On-Line is ProHealth Care's 24/7/365 call center for physician referrals, health information and triage. The service is free and confidential.
  • Print Ads. A customized advertising campaign is developed for each new physician, after review of your specific needs and volume goals.
  • Direct Mail. A customized, targeted direct mail piece is often developed for new physicians, after review of your specific needs and volume goals.
  • New Mover Campaign. ProHealth Care's new mover campaign mails bi-weekly and is designed to drive new patients to primary and urgent care services.
