Lorie Vincent of Mukwonago was living in Indiana in 1999 when she was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of uterine cancer - so aggressive, in fact, that within two years her doctors had given up any hope of recovery, and given her six months to live.

That was before she moved to Wisconsin to be with family and met Dr. Paul LeMarbre and the team of ProHealth Care's Regional Cancer Center - a 2007 Outstanding Achievement Award recipient form the Commission on Cancer.
