All e-mails sent to ProHealth Care via our website are "blind" -- ProHealth Care staff are not informed of the e-mail address from which a message originates.

Information voluntarily given to us for purposes of prescription refills, pre-registration and e-mail notifications is used only to fulfill the purpose of the original transaction. Personal information provided to us for My iHealth, iHealth Trackers and iHealth Reminders is confidential and is stored on a remote SSL (secured socket layer) server. A login and password is required so that you -- and only you -- can access your information.

You will not be added to our mailing list unless you specifically ask. You will not receive e-mails from us unless we are responding to your e-mail or request, or unless you have specifically asked to have them sent to you through our iHealth program or site notification preferences.

Occasionally, online visitors may be asked to fill out a survey. A third party, hired by ProHealth Care, might also collect anonymous information about visits to our web site. This is primarily accomplished through the use of a technology device, commonly referred to as a Web beacon or an Action Tag, which we place on various pages within our web site to allow the third party to collect anonymous information.  The information is used only to make decisions about services or information offered by ProHealth Care.
