Our clinical ladder for advancement can take you from novice to expert nurse with exciting challenges along the way to expand your clinical knowledge and grow in responsibility and management. ProHealth Care’s structured nursing orientation includes clinical and Epic training, and we offer tuition reimbursement to encourage professional development.

For new nurses, we offer a nurse residency program during your first year of practice. The program helps you transition to build your nursing practice knowledge as well as a support system to face the challenges of your new role.

We also provide an academic partnership for ADN to BSN advancement, offering education onsite through the University of Wisconsin system. In addition, we offer financial support if you’re seeking national certification in your specialty.
