ProHealth Care's history dates back to 1914 as a single hospital providing care in Waukesha. In 1998, Waukesha Hospital System and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital joined together to form ProHealth Care. The result is an organization that offers 25 primary care clinics, home health care, inpatient and home hospice services, long-term care, senior residency communities, a health and fitness center, and more, with services continually developed and added to keep pace with community need and demand.
