Why ProHealth Care?

ProHealth Care is the employer of choice for more than 6,000 people.  Here are some reasons why...

ProHealth Care's history dates back to 1914 as a single hospital providing care in Waukesha. In 1998, Waukesha Hospital System and Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital joined together to form ProHealth Care. The result is an organization that offers 25 primary care clinics, home health care, inpatient and home hospice services, long-term care, senior residency communities, a health and fitness center, and more, with services continually developed and added to keep pace with community need and demand.

ProHealth Care can offer you:

  • A sophisticated, high-tech environment with cutting-edge technology.
  • A strong reputation as a progressive, high-quality provider of comprehensive services.
  • An ability to serve in a community-focused, patient-centered atmosphere.
  • Internal development opportunities to build a meaningful career in health care, whether you provide clinical services or not.

Employees of ProHealth Care are proud of their commitment to our patients and their families and it shows.  Our Employee Values Statement reads:

"Respond with excellent service, respect and compassion."

ProHealth Care employees have the ability to make this a reality through the support they receive from leadership and each other.  Taking pride in their work and knowing they can truly make a difference in patients' lives is what draws talented health care providers to build a career with ProHealth Care.
