Our goal is to hire the most talented and compassionate health care providers. The ProHealth Care compensation philosophy is to offer great pay and differentials that are market-competitive. Additionally, we value your contributions and demonstration of our "Our Spark" behaviors and recognize this through a pay-for-performance philosophy.
401K
Upon their first day, employees of ProHealth Care can contribute to their 401K plans. Employer matching begins after 1-year of employment and the match increases as the employee accrues years of service. Full vesting in the program occurs after 3 full anniversary years of employment.
ProShare
ProHealth Care values the contributions that employees make toward customer service and patient satisfaction, efficiency in operations, and the success of our system. Upon their first day of employment, ProHealth Care employees participate in a quarterly gain-sharing program called ProShare.
Financial Planning
In partnership with Smith Barney, ProHealth Care offers employees the ability to consult and plan their retirement investments. Financial experts are available through a variety of communication methods, including on-site meetings and consultation.
ProHealth Care is a tobacco-free organization and offers ongoing smoking cessation programs and counseling to employees and immediate family members at no cost.
