Other Nursing Opportunities

Clinics - ProHealth Care Medical Associates provides comprehensive primary and specialty care for people of all ages in more than 25 locations throughout Waukesha, Washington, Jefferson, Milwaukee and Racine Counties. Providing quality care and excellent service are the hallmarks of our organization. Many of our clinical locations have full-service laboratories, and medical imaging and specialty testing services.

Home Hospice - ProHealth Home Hospice provides compassion and care to individuals who are suffering from a terminal illness and who wish to remain in the comfort of their own home with family and loved ones.  A multidisciplinary hospice team consisting of physicians, nurses, a chaplain, a medical social worker, volunteers and others work together to support the family and alleviate the patient's pain and uncomfortable symptoms.

Inpatient Hospice - Waukesha County's first inpatient hospice facility, AngelsGrace Hospice is one of only a few hospices in Wisconsin that serves infants through elderly patients. Our services fill an important gap that exists in many states throughout the nation, including Wisconsin, to enhance the physical, emotional and spiritual care of the patients and their loved ones. Our 24 hour care includes pain and symptom management, grief counseling and spiritual support from trained hospice nurses, physicians, social workers, counselors, chaplains and volunteers.

Home Health - Highly-skilled nurses provide an array of services in the comfort of our patients' homes including injections, wound care, education on medications, catheter and ostomy care, physical assessments, bowel and bladder management, patient and family education, nutritional counseling and enteral feedings.  The nurses work closely with the patient, their families and physician to coordinate a care plan that is unique for each client.

Parish Nursing / Community Outreach - The parish and community health outreach nurses serve as health educators, advisors, and advocates for individuals and families within the community.  Their daily mission is to keep the community healthy by connecting people who have health problems or concerns to the medical and community resources they need regardless of age, cultural background, gender or financial resources.

System Pool - ProHealth Care's System Pool nurses work at both Oconomowoc Memorial and Waukesha Memorial Hospitals.  The minimum requirement is 6-shifts every 6 weeks, and benefits-eligible roles are also available.  Nurses in our System Pool receive a comprehensive orientation to both of our hospitals and enjoy the flexibility of working in multiple units throughout the organization.
