In this year-long program, we will be using an approved curriculum from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, focused on long-lasting lifestyle changes to promote and maintain weight loss, increase physical activity and manage stress. The classes will be in a small group setting, led by registered dietitians, to encourage discussion and engagement.
After your registration is complete, you will be mailed a confirmation letter that includes a core class schedule for the complete list of sessions for the 1st 6 months of the program – make sure to get these added to your calendar!
