Preparing for Placement

ProHealth Care is committed to fostering the development of nursing and other health care careers. Academic programs must complete a Student Affiliation Agreement prior to planning student placements. No students will be placed without an agreement.

Rotations (multiple students)

  1. Please have your school's coordinator submit any requests for placement to Student Affiliations .

  2. The placement request acceptance and confirmation deadlines will follow SEWNA guidelines.

  3. Upon approval of the request, school coordinators will be directed to add student information into ProHealth Care's Student Portal at least four weeks prior to the start date.

  4. Please contact Student Affiliations to schedule an Epic Computer Training classroom for students accessing the electronic medical record.
