ProHealth Care expands rehabilitation services

ProHealth Care now provides a full range of rehabilitation services at 15 locations in Brookfield, Hartland, Mukwonago, Muskego, New Berlin, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee and Waukesha, including the ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin.

ProHealth recently expanded its service locations to include:

  • 17280 W. North Ave. in Brookfield.

  • 209 W. Main St. in Waukesha, inside Avalon Square.

The expansion includes the addition of 30 therapists and support staff to the ProHealth Care Rehabilitation Services team.

“Our growing number of clinics and rehabilitation gyms makes it easier for patients to receive the care they need,” said Julie Jackson, ProHealth Care’s vice president of operations. “We are adding to our highly skilled therapy team, increasing access to care, and increasing pediatric rehabilitation services.”

A list of locations and services can be found at ProHealthCare.org/Rehabilitation. Same-day and next-day appointments are available. To schedule an appointment with a therapist, including those who accept patients without a physician’s referral, call 262-928-4636.

ProHealth recommends that patients contact their health plans to verify coverage before scheduling physical therapy appointments.
