Our speech/language pathologists often work as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to help people with:
Cognitive aspects of communication (e.g., attention, memory, problem solving)
Speech (pronunciation, articulation, resonance)
Swallowing or other upper aerodigestive functions
Voice (hoarseness, poor vocal volume, and rough, breathy or strained vocal quality).
Sensory awareness related to communication, swallowing, or other upper aerodigestive functions.
