Whether you are a weekend golfer, more serious about the sport, or someone seeking to return to the course after injury, surgery or rehabilitation, our Tee 2 Green Fitness program can help take your game to the next level.

The ProHealth Care Orthopedic Center's Tee 2 Green Fitness program enables you to work one-on-one with a licensed athletic trainer who specializes in golf fitness to improve your golf game and learn how to play with less pain. We can help you achieve results using your most important piece of equipment – your body!

Unlock your swing potential

The experts at ProHealth Care can help you increase your flexibility, balance, strength and posture with golf-specific exercises. We also work with you to achieve other improvements, including:

  • Increased turn on your backswing, club head speed and driving distance
  • Corrected swing faults
  • Improved swing consistency
  • Reduced fatigue and injuries

Three ways to improve your game

Level 1:  One-hour evaluation – $125 

  • Evaluation with musculoskeletal assessment
  • Golf-specific exercise prescription
  • Biomechanical video analysis of your golf swing

Level 2: Birdie package – $350

  • Includes items in Level 1
  • Five additional 45-minute weekly follow-up sessions

Level 3:  Eagle package – $600

  • Includes items in Level 1
  • 10 additional 45-minute follow-up sessions
  • One-hour reassessment and analysis

One follow-up session – $60

  • 45-minute follow-up sessions
  • Review of current exercise program
  • Add new exercises to your program as warranted

Payment is due at your first appointment by credit card, check or cash. Gift certificates are available.

Missy Hansen

Missy Hansen is a licensed athletic trainer for ProHealth Care and has been the director of the Tee 2 Green Fitness program for nearly 10 years. Missy was recently inducted into the Carthage College Athletic Hall of Fame as the first and only women's golfer. She continues to play golf and has a single digit handicap. With her background in athletic training and experience as a competitive golfer, she is sure to take your golf game to the next level.
