The anniversary of a miracle

The anniversary of a miracle

Joanna Dahl has so much to be thankful for. She’s so thankful, in fact, she came to Waukesha Memorial Hospital last Wednesday to honor a team of caregivers whose quick action saved her life and the life of her unborn child.

ProHealth Care Birthing Centers

Advanced care with a special, caring touch

Congratulations — a new baby is on the way. Along with the excitement comes many decisions. Where to give birth to your baby is one of the most important.

You want experience. You want excellence. You want ProHealth Care.

Offering the most comprehensive, sophisticated care for moms and babies in Waukesha County, ProHealth Care has Birthing Centers at Oconomowoc Memorial and Waukesha Memorial Hospitals.

In fact, Waukesha Memorial is home to the county's only Level III Newborn Intensive Care Unit, the highest level of care for high-risk infants — even those weighing less than a pound. The Birthing Center at Oconomowoc Memorial has a seamless link to the NICU, just in case these services are needed. It also has a special nursery for babies that need extra care.
