In-Home Hospice Care

ProHealth Home Hospice provides endless compassion and care to individuals of all ages who are suffering from a terminal illness and who wish to remain in the comfort of their own home with family and loved ones. A multidisciplinary hospice team consisting of physicians, nurses, a chaplain, a medical social worker, volunteers and others work together to support the family and alleviate the patient's pain and uncomfortable symptoms.

Residential Hospice Care

Opening in May 2004, AngelsGrace Hospice is Waukesha County's first inpatient hospice facility. It is one of only a few hospices in Wisconsin serving infants through elderly patients. Residential hospice services fill an important gap that exists in many states throughout the nation, including Wisconsin, to enhance the physical, emotional and spiritual care of patients and their loved ones. Round-the-clock care includes pain and symptom management, grief counseling and spiritual support from trained hospice nurses, physicians, social workers, counselors, chaplains and volunteers.
