Seniorcize Classes

These fun and educational classes include stretching and strengthening in standing and sitting positions and allow you to work at your own pace. Seniorcize classes are held at various locations throughout Waukesha County at a cost of $27.00 per session.  

There are no refunds once registration has been completed. Classes are subject to be cancelled due to weather or an event taking place at the location. If schools are closed in the district of the location because of weather, there will be no Seniorcize Class that day. For safety, instructors have the right to limit class size.
