Waukesha County's only Level 3 NICU

ProHealth Care provides advanced, high-risk care for critically ill newborns through our Level III Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. We can care for babies weighing less than a pound, or as early as six months into pregnancy.

The babies, often with hands the size of nickels and legs the width of thumbs, are some of the sickest people in the hospital.  But with the help of the NICU's neonatal team, the most advanced technology, and around-the-clock monitoring, most of them miraculously fight through big hurdles and beat the odds stacked against them at birth.
