Our Team

Team Diabetes includes Certified Diabetes Educators, Registered Dietitians and specially-recognized physicians.

Certified Diabetes Educators, CDE, are multidisciplinary health professionals who teach people with diabetes. A CDE is an individual who has successfully completed advanced education and examination and has earned the American Diabetes Association's Education Recognition Certificate. Both nurses and dietitians can be CDE's.

Medical Associates has more physicians who are recognized for excellence in diabetes care by the NCQA and the ADA than any otherhealth care system in Wisconsin.
