In fact, we were the first comprehensive, multidisciplinary prostate cancer care center in southeast Wisconsin. And, we are one of only five cancer treatment programs selected to participate in the Association of Community Cancer Centers' (ACCC's) Prostate Cancer "Best Practices" Project.
The Regional Cancer Center was chosen as as a model program for its multidisciplinary approach to prostate cancer treatments, open communication and patient access to state-of-the-art cancer technology within the community. We offer many specialized cancer care services not found anywhere else.
Prostate cancer is the nation's most commonly diagnosed cancer, yet few men understand their diagnosis and cancer treatment options. We coordinate and administer your care through a team of cancer specialists. A dedicated cancer care coordinator makes the your journey easier, guiding you through all aspects of your diagnosis and treatment.
Our patients have access to clinical research specific to prostate cancer. In fact, the Regional Cancer Center has been recognized as one of the most successful community-based oncology clinical research programs in the country for enrolling a record number of patients in cancer clinical and prevention trials.
