Inpatient rehabilitation

  • ProHealth Care is proud to partner with Centerre Healthcare to provide the Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin. This 40-bed, state-of-the-art rehabilitation hospital is conveniently located close to home in Waukesha
  • A multidisciplinary team of professionals work with you and your family on a care plan that best meets your unique needs. We aim to maximize your strength, independence and safety after surgery, illness or injury
  • Recreational, therapeutic and educational activities are provided
  • The hospital provides several apartment settings, complete with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining and laundry area to practice daily-living skills before returning home
