Egg Nog

1 cup skim milk
2 Tbsp. egg substitute
2 Tbsp. sugar or desired sweetener
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. rum extract
Ground nutmeg for garnish

 

In food processor or blender (or use hand blender), blend all ingredients until well combined.    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
