1 (1-lb.) carton 1% No-Salt-Added Creamy Cottage Cheese* such as Dean's brand 1 pkg. soup and dip recipe mix Ranch salad Dressing Mix ¼ cup Skim milk
Place cottage cheese and dressing mix in a blender and blend. Add more skim milk if needed to achieve desired consistency.
Use as a party dip or add 1 Tbsp. lemon juice along with the milk and use in place of sour cream on potatoes.
