Peach Smoothie

1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
½ cup frozen unsweetened peaches
¼ cup orange juice
2 ice cubes
 

Blend together until smooth in blender or with hand held blender.

Note:  Peaches - Use fresh or canned in their own juice.
