1 ripe medium banana, peeled and sliced 1 ¼ cups orange juice 1 cup frozen blueberries ½ pkg. silken tofu 2 ice cubes, crushed 1 Tbsp. sugar or to taste
In a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
