Soy Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

1 pkg. silken tofu
1 small ripe banana
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen sweetened strawberries, partially thawed, including liquid

 

In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.  Whip until smooth.  Serve chilled. 

Note:  Works with unsweetened strawberries as well for those who prefer a less sweet beverage.
