Skillet Pasta Primavera

2 cups frozen broccoli florets

1 (10 ¾-oz.) reduced-fat, reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted

1 large carrot, diced

½ cup skim milk

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 garlic clove, minced

1/8 tsp. pepper

3 cups cooked whole wheat rotini or angel hair spaghetti

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the pasta.  Cook, uncovered, over medium heat until vegetables are tender, about 12 minutes.  Stir in pasta; heat through.

Yield: 4 servings
