1 lb. large potatoes 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder ¼ tsp. salt 1 tsp. white pepper 1 Tbsp. canola oil
Scrub potatoes and cut into ½-inch strips. Add oil to bag and shake.
Place garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and white pepper in plastic bag. Toss potatoes again.
Place potatoes on shallow non-stick dark baking pan and place in 475°F oven for 15 minutes.
Turn fries occasionally to brown on all sides.
