Sweet Potato Fries

1 medium sweet potato or yam (5 oz.)
1 Tbsp. canola oil

 

Peel sweet potatoes or yams and cut into sticks or wedges.  Toss with oil in a bowl. 

Spread out on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake about ½ hour at 375°F or until browned and crispy. 

 

Yield: 3 servings.
