½ cup no fat (or reduced fat) mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 2 cups fresh broccoli florets 2 cups cauliflower florets 1 cup red grapes, seedless ½ cup raisins 2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, dry roasted, unsalted
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and red wine vinegar until blended.
Add broccoli, cauliflower, grapes, raisins and sunflower seeds, toss well. Chill for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 8 (1/2-cup) servings.
