Participate today in our website usability study

As a way to better improve the tools and resources we provide to our valuable patients, we are conducting an online website usability study. Your help will allow us to hear directly from our patients about how we can improve our website to better serve you and your family's needs.

The study will take approximately 20 minutes and you'll need a Windows or Mac computer and a microphone (see details below).

This study is being facilitated by a user testing service. They'll use an online screen recorder to record your screen and your voice while you use our website. The screen recorder will guide you through the testing process. After making a recording you will also be asked to respond to a few questions.

One week after you finish, $10 will be deposited into your PayPal account. (If you don't have a PayPal account, it only takes a minute to set-up. Create a Personal account at:
