791 Bistro Opens at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital

ProHealth Care invites the public to dine at its new 791 Bistro restaurantlocated on the main floor of the renovated patient tower at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital.

"We're excited about the opening of our new bistro that features unique, fresh cuisine in a casual atmosphere," says Kim Reid, director of operations at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital. "Our 791 Bistro menu features entrees using fresh local ingredients, when possible, to produce delicious and nutritionally healthy foods. Our young, innovative chef will continually bring creative ideas to the ever-changing menu."

Breakfast items include homemade quiches and built-to-order omelets. The bistro's lunch and dinner selections include a variety of entree salads, like Thai beef salad and jerk chicken salad. Plus, the bistro offers gourmet-prepared stone-fired pizza and specialty sandwiches, like ham-pear-brie and teriyaki chicken wrap with daily homemade soup. The restaurant also includes Friday fish fry and homemade gelato featured daily.

All seats enjoy a view with patio dining available.

Breakfast: 7 - 10 a.m.

Lunch: 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Dinner: 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.
