ProHealth Care has one of the largest and most respected heart programs in Wisconsin. And now we have a new name - ProHealth Care Regional Heart & Vascular Center.

Now new services, along with Regional Heart & Vascular Center physician offices, at the newly opened ProHealth Care outpatient Regional Heart & Vascular Center in the Oconomowoc Physician Center (on the third floor of the Corporate Center Drive in Oconomowoc) makes finding high-quality cardiac care, close to home more convenient than ever.

New offerings include:

  • High-tech 64-slice CT cardiac imaging
  • advanced heart failure management and external counterpulsation therapy (ECP)
  • cardiac rehab
  • pulmonary rehab
  • stress testing.

The outpatient Regional Heart & Vascular Center is backed by ProHealth Care's five cardiac catheterization  laboratories (four at Waukesha Memorial Hospital and one at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital), which together perform more than 6,000 procedures each year. The same quality clinical cardiac cath team supports both the Oconomowoc cath lab and the Waukesha cath labs.

Patients will soon be able to stay close to home for wound care services offered by ProHealth Care's new Wound Healing Center. Equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including hyperbaric oxygen chambers, the Wound Healing Center offers a specialized approach to wound care that has successfully helped thousands of patients whose wounds did not improve with other methods of treatment. Wound care is provided by a specially trained team of professionals, consisting of doctors, nurses and therapists, who use a unique combination of advanced treatments.
