ProHealth Care Welcomes Noted Heart Rhythm Management Specialist  

ProHealth Care's Regional Heart & Vascular Center is proud to welcome board-certified Waseem Kazi, M.D. to our highly qualified team of expert cardiac physicians. Dr. Kazi is a heart rhythm management specialist who diagnoses and treats irregular heartbeats caused by disturbances in the heart's electrical system.

"I firmly believe that a person's health care is a joint effort between the person, his/her family and the physician," says Dr. Kazi. "I use the latest, evidence-based medicine to meet my patients' health care needs, keeping them well-informed every step of the way."

In addition to his residency, Dr. Kazi has completed several advanced fellowship training programs in the field of cardiovascular disease, including: Cardiology at the University of South Alabama Medical Center and Cardiac Electrophysiology at the State University of New York Health Science Center. He has also shared his expertise by serving as an assistant professor of medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
