Stress is a normal aspect to everyone's daily lives, but unfortunately we do not always know the best way to manage our daily stressors. The goal of this class is to teach you the "ins and outs" of stress. What triggers it? How does it affect your body both long and short term? And most importantly, what can you do to reduce my stress throughout the day.
