Our group sessions include a variety of exercises designed to be effective and challenging for all fitness levels as you move through various stages of cancer treatment and recovery.

SPECIAL COVID-19 INSTRUCTIONS:
- Masks must be worn to and from class, but you can take it off during class
- Class will be conducted so as to maintain social distancing of 6 feet apart
- Class will be held outdoors only
- Class will be cancelled due to a thunder storm, but rain will not cancel class.
- Class will be held in West Wood’s back yard (grassy space west of the building)
