My Visit was fine. Pro Health is like all the others unfortunately. I worked in the medical field for 20+ years in the ED setting. And we were a great ED. What I have found in the last 8 years is that the personal care is gone, never have I felt like a number as much as I have of late. My test results came back (Normal) to the doctor but abnormal on the results document. I email for more information with question what I could do to make them better, is it normal with my condition. I received a message back that was cut and pasted from I think was a doctor, stating they are normal, none of my other questions were answered. So, I am doing research, reaching out to friends that are in the medical field to just get my questions answered and if I could do anything to improve my bloodwork, what could possibly cause my results, and where they would go for medical care.

Dr Ali and his staff have been Great with me. No complaints whatsoever

The office staff were very helpful and courteous. My physician listened to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied with his recommendations.

The clinic is waiting area is very nice, and the exam rooms are clean but very bare. The desk at which the provider sits seems rather far away from the chair that the patient sits in when they talk. This makes it very hard for the provider to appear welcoming and friendly. I recommend that the furniture be re-arranged a little.
