Dr. Allen was kind, considerate and very personable and answered all my questions. I appreciated her honesty about things that I need to proceed forward with.I felt a genuine concern and care for my well-being.

Excellent visit with a precautionary prescription. However the prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I did specify my local preferrred pharmacy electronically while registering the day before the appointment, but it must have defaulted to a prohealth pharmacy that I only used once for a surgical visit. Both the provider any myself should have confirmed wherethe prescription should have been sent.

She cut my Lasix in 1/2 but said she would notify my cardiologist of change. Explained that she was trying to raise my BP.

Maybe the nurse who took my blood pressure was not as friendly as they should be.It also took a week for any clinical notes or comments about my blood work and answers to some questions I had put on messages. They did offer an apology for taking so long to get back to me,so I am satisfied.

My wife and I are very pleased to have Dr. Allen as our primary physician.

I had to wait in the exam room for a half an hour to see the doctor. She is a nice doctor, but I feel like she doesn't really listen to me and the symptoms that I have I feel like I'm always being passed around and nothing is resolved. She was proactive in getting blood tests and x-rays ran.

This doctor is amazing. Mt shy 14 was able to communicate freely and laugh. That means a lot to me! She is a true asset to prohealth care
