Could not get an answer about what the visit and x-ray would cost without insurance before receiving care. I will be looking elsewhere for care. Also, I prefer the mental health questionnaire given on paper instead of verbally.

It was a follow up visit after having a heart attack, and a stent placed.

Would like to have most of my appointments with doctor, rather than NP just about all the time, as they are more knowledgeable and experienced.

Normal visit the provider did my yearly required for insurance that my health is on track. Provided a referral for my yearly pelvic exam and a mental health professional to work on some personal issues that I would like to have closure. NO depression I have a zest for life. I am working earnestly to improve my health through diet and exercise. Thank you for asking.

I wasn't not familiar with this nurse practitioner. It was a follow up visit from an ER visit.

I love my doctors and feel I am getting the best care available!

Very good experience, went in because I was sick coughing etc. They took chest x-ray & ordered, antibiotic & other pills. Which helped me get better.

I visited Julie Amtmann to after an antibiotic (prescribed by others) had not fully resolved the sinusitis effects after two Iterations. Julie advised me that Augmentin could resolve the nasal discharge condition that the other antibiotic did not. She explained the advantages and potential pitfalls of the new prescription. Also some recommended foods and dietary considerations. The After-Visit Notes provided particularly useful information. Thanks, Julie for your attentiveness and concern.

I have seen Julie a few times. I have felt unheard and she has not known my medical history seeming disingenuous and uninterested.
