"My goal is to develop strong, personal relationships with patients and their caregivers, allowing me to gain more insight and create mutual trust with everyone involved in their care. I want to educate patients about heart disease to help us create and adhere to a mutually acceptable treatment plan, ultimately leading to better outcomes."

The male medical tech talked way too much about nothing. He felt the need to fill any void with unnecessary chatter. It was grating on my nerves as I tried to be respectful and polite with him. He seemed insincere and a bit condescending. He tried way too hard to be personable and friendly but his talking was irritating me.I had a pleasant and professional experience with Dr Armaganian . She was warm and genuine.Her nurse( and older woman) stopped in at the end of my appointment to give me paper work.She seemed high strung, hyper and rushed me out the door. Neither assistant for Dr Armaganian did her practice justice. They have important roles, and both left a negative impression with me.I have been very impressed with ProHealth but these 2 employees were a disservice and fell short of my expectations.

This visit was the yearly visit from the first time I started experiencing heart issues. I have an EP cardiologist & Dr. Armaganian. I was experiencing AFIB. This was only my second visit with Dr. A. I questioned my dosage of Lipitor since I was having side effects. She was not happy about my questioning.

She seemed a little scattered during the appointment. She jumped from one thing to another so I had to ensure I had everything straight at the end of the appointment.
