My experience with this provider is always good. I have no problems with them at all.

Dr Aschkenazi is the best. I hate to recommend her to anyone because it's so difficult to get in to see her as it is.

Would love to but no one listens

My "appt. type" was incorrect so I sent a MyChart message and called about it. The appt. was never updated and clearly no one read my medical records because I showed up to the app.t and it was all set up to do an invasive procedure that was not at all necessary. Extremely disappointing after advocating for myself several times prior to the appt. Thankfully, I work in healthcare and understood enough to know I didn't need this procedure. It upsets me to know someone not as informed could have consented to a procedure that wasn't needed because they trust a doctor. This all could've been prevented if anyone read my records. I also felt gas lit at the appointment. Will not return.

I was very happy with the care provided by the doctor. She spent all the time with me I needed. She looked at me and not the computer when we talked. I was also very happy with the calls I received from the Pro Health staff to set up all the tests and future appointments necessary.

Dr. A took the time to explain everything, answer my questions and provide next steps. Very thorough, knowledgable and easy to talk to which I appreciated!

I was given an explanation of exercises printed on the take home info, but no verbal explanation from the doctor. That would have helped me understand better.

She is an excellent doctor. She takes the time it takes to listen to her patients and explains things thoroughly. She is so smart and knowledgeable in her area of expertise. She is wonderful.

I am sad about the transport to the doctors are discontinued that Regency won't pay your high price of $3,000 a month and now Pro Health Care fees will cost me $45. Each way equally $90. Round trip plus I have to pay co pays of I am very sad that Regency doesn't want to pay $3,000 a month to ProHealth Care for transport to doctors and Pro Health will charge me $45 one way which Is $90 round trip for doctor visit plus I pay co pay of $35 for my doctors and I will have to hire a taxi . I have appreciated the transport for the last couple years. Isn't there some funding for this Inconvenience.?

Everyone in this office was ver polite, and professional.

Dr. Aschkenazi was the embodiment of the perfect physician. Kind, thoughtful, easy to understand, respectful, knowledgeable, gentle, patient. I could go on & on. I have already referred multiple friends to her.
