I had an issue after leaving Dr.Aschkenazi's office and the receptionist on the 2nd floor was VERY helpful at arranging for her nurse to locate me and follow up. Above and beyond.

Treated with respect and kindness.

My interaction with the nurse who took me back was very confusing. I felt like the nurse didn't understand why I had the appointment. She was confirming some of the UDS results with me, but at that point, no one had discussed the results with me.

I was little nervous about this appointment, but the doctor and her nurse made me feel completely comfortable and I relaxed. I was completely satisfied with the information I received after the procedure. I left feeling that it was a very successful appointment.

Great difficulty getting appointments for office call and testing. 3-4 month wait is too long.

I have _____ and the provider gave me guidance on how to treat the symptoms (i.e. burning, stinging) but did not give me the reason why I have the symptoms the doctors need more information on how to diagnose & treat the origin of why we have this pain!

Excellent experience-very caring and reassuring which helped me stay calm during the procedure. Gave very specific and easy- to-understand advice. Everyone on the staff was terrific and helpful!

I felt more like a procedure than a patient. What happen to taking care of the person "patient"?

While waiting in waiting room receptionists talked about other staff and issues at the clinic. One person had given her notice, and the other staff member was talking to her about it. They discussed how the place is falling apart.
