Great experience overall.

Everything was great

When I called for an appointment I didn't think I would get scheduled as soon as I did. Vary pleasantly surprised. Dr. Bakke and his staff were very courteous and cheerful. Made me feel very comfortable

Good experience.

I was on my period and asked the nurse if the doctor could skip viewing my private area. During the exam he just lifted down my underwear. There was a lack of communication with either the nurse not telling him or if he felt he needed to, talking with me and telling me.

My contact with Dr. Bakke was limited to one very specific aspect of my medical care, skin lesions. I really can't say how much he or his clinic knew about my overall health or how much he had reviewed my overall medical records. I regret having to downgrade his clinic to some of the "middle" ranges of satisfaction because I simply don't know, Example: as Dr. Bakke is a dermatologist I can't say one way or another if he reviewed my cardiac records ---- or even if he was expected to or should have.

Got in fast and accomplished what was needed in a short time

This is my first visit with Dr. Bakke, but he was thorough, interested & friendly.

The teaching documented in the record was not what I received. I should haved received better skin care instructions. Also the biopsy healed slowly and was angry looking for 2 weeks. I discussed this with the gal who called on the biopsy report and she said that is normal. Improve the teaching . Hand written instructions may help.

He seemed the in a hurry.

I don't know why I had a $35 co-pay. I have never had this before!
