It was my first visit with Dr. Bakke. He did listen to me and decided the best treatment for me by what I told him.

I wasn't given the opportunity to ask about other concerns I wanted to discuss. The provider and I discussed the main reason for my appointment, buf he never bothered to ask if there was anything else, and I felt that he just wanted to move onto the next thing so I didn't bring up my other concerns.

Did not have any contact with a receptionist at all. The nurse was also excellent!

He gave me a diagnosis (after MANY years of wondering why my thumb nails were deformed)! He was definitely knowledgeable

He is a very good physician but it took over two months to get an appointment The system needs to reduce length of time to get an appointment with any of the specialists
