It was an excellent informative visit. He addressed the issue immediately and explained and provided the prescription necessary to help. A follow up is already scheduled. His nurse was excellent as well.

I got called in the office very shortly after I registered. Was asked to disrobe because it was a skin check and waited in the Cold room for 15 minutes. I was not happy about that.

My experience was very good with Dr Bakke and his nurse Missy. Explained and diagnosed my issue.

Everyone was very patient with me and I was not rushed and felt very comfortable since this was my first visit to pro health as I just moved to the area

Dr. Bakke was a new dermatologist to me, but I felt very comfortable with him and confident in the care he provided. I did have a skin biopsy, and though the procedure was quick and the excision site small, there was no instruction about wound care. Because I've had more extensive surgeries in the past 2- years, I was able to manage, but it made the somewhat automatic visit notes seem inaccurate, as there was no discussion about managing the site.

Dr. Bakke's nurse is also fantastic. She was genuine and concerned and made me feel like I was important and fully listened when I was asked why I was there.

It took a very long time to get an appointment. I feel they should have given us a same day or at least same week appointment since my daughter was struggling a lot with her skin. Then when we finally got the appointment, I felt the doctor rushed through and spent less than 5 minutes with us. It was disappointing.

Had any Questions he answered them, was very polite.

This was a follow up visit due to some new medication I started. I had to drive 45 minutes for a five minute appointment. This should've been a virtual call, but this was not offered. Next time I go back it's for bloodwork, which makes sense.
