I feel the time between making an appointment & seeing a provider is too long. Clerks call to change appointments & it ends up being 15 months since your last visit.

Ms. Beck answered all my questions, gave me options and encouraged me to call her if I have any further problems. Also suggested I set up a couple 3 months apart appointments so I'm able to return to Brookfield office.

When I made the appointment I wanted to see a dr. not a PA. I was very impressed with B! Beck in fact if I needed another appointment, I would ask for her. She was thorough - great.

Dr. Beck made an awkward condition (bladder incontinence) an understandable and treatable "normal" thing, explaining both the anatomy there and various treatment options.

Although Betsy Beck provided quality care, I thought my primary care doctor was referring me to a "medical doctor" for specialty care, not a nurse practitioner.
